Delivery Information

This includes any items online for sale.

Our man and van team, who will drop the appliance into the room of choice if it’s not obstructed, possible & ground floor, completes this delivery.

We have options available to deliver and install the items you purchase for an extra surcharge. If all piping is available within the vicinity and working, we can install the washing machine for an extra £5 and take away the old washing machine for an extra £5. ONLY WITHIN 15 MILE RADIUS.

All other types of delivery are available on the delivery options on our website.

Local delivery within a 15-mile radius is usually done the same or next day.

You can arrange a delivery to a specific time & date if you’re based within a 15-mile radius.

If the item purchased is going upstairs, please let us know

It is also possible for us to fit in gas / electric related appliances. These are undertaken by corgi registered gas safe engineers & qualified electricians. We are only able to install appliances if there is a gas supply / connection point. Without these we will not be able to install.

For integrated appliances such as washing machines, dishwashers & fridge freezers please call us for a quote.

When checking out, you will an option to install.

YOU MUST HAVE THE CORRECT PIPEWORK SET UP, IF YOU DO NOT, WE ARE UNABLE TO INSTALL AND A REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE FITTING CHARGE

For the removal of old appliances, the appliance must be disconnected (unless we are also fitting your new appliance in, then our trained drivers will do install and remove your old appliance)

Delivery Information

All items going beyond a 40 mile radius will be delivered using our palletised service.

This means, all appliances will be wrapped and packed onto a pallet and will be delivered Kurbside ONLY.

If you miss the delivery there will be a charge of £40 for re-delivery.

If you require a man and van team, please ask us, this is possible and can be undertaken within 7 working days. The driver will put the appliance in the room of your choice (if there are no obstacles in the way)

If any deliveries have to go upstairs, this will not be the driver's responsibility.

Delivery Exclusions

Delivery Exclusions: Scottish Highlands and Islands of Scotland. All Offshore deliveries including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly. We are happy to quote you our delivery costs to the areas not covered by our Standard Delivery service - Call 0116 2710320 and we can give you the current courier shipping rates.


Click and Collect

Collection Information

If you want to place an order for collection, we will call you within 24 hours to confirm which brand your item is in. Please leave the correct contact number to avoid any delays or going to the wrong branch.

Please bring your receipt and some ID in order to avoid any problems with releasing your order.

Please ensure you have a suitable vehicle for collection, our team are on hand to help pack, wrap and load the item for you.

Additional Delivery Information

Delivery of Small Items

Smaller Items such as Hobs, Cooker Hoods and Microwaves amongst others. These items must be under 30kg - Everything else is classed as Large

Standard Delivery (FREE) this will occur from Monday – Friday between 8am to 6pm. Delivery will take between 3-5 working days.

Express Delivery (+£10.00) this will occur from Monday – Friday between 8am to 6pm. Delivery will take between 24-48 Hours.

Delivery of Your Parcel

Your order will be delivered by one of our authorised Parcel Couriers. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. All items delivered will require you or someone responsible to sign for the delivery.

If you are not in, the courier will leave a card. Please either re-arrange your delivery with the courier or arrange a collection from their local depot as detailed on the card. If this is not done ASAP the item will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will apply.

Signing for your Goods

Please inspect goods and packaging on delivery any damage to the packaging or product must be noted on the delivery note and notified to our customer services team (by email) within 48 HOURS from delivery. Missing or incorrect items or any other issues with your order must be noted on the delivery note before signing and you must notify us (by email) within 48 HOURS from delivery. Claims for damage after this time cannot be accepted.

IMPORTANT: Please open all packaging carefully - we recommend that you keep the original packaging for a period of time in case the item needs returning.

Important Information

Cut off time for delivery is 2pm. I.e. if an order is placed on Monday 3pm, for local, we will deliver on Tuesday / Wednesday. If an order is going to another part of the UK, and the order is placed on Monday 3pm, we will deliver between Thursday – Tuesday the following week.

Damages: We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your goods. As majority of our items are ex-display & graded, they will have cosmetic marks, which do not affect the performance of the appliance. However, if on delivery, there is additional damage to what has been told and affect the performance of the appliance please inform us so we can arrange a collection & refund or replacement (like for like or the same).

Any incorrect orders must be dealt with before delivery as once the goods are delivered, there is a surcharge of £55 to return the item or you must return the item in original condition to our warehouse.

Incorrect Delivery: If we supply you with a product other than the one ordered, it is important to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days from delivery. We will be happy to collect and exchange for the correct model provided the returned item is complete and as new with box and packaging.

Goods Lost in Transit: Once we have given you a dispatch and expected delivery date, it is important to notify us of undelivered goods within 2 days from the expected delivery date.

Our Delivery Companies will hold orders for no more than 5 working days - after which if they are unable to deliver to you (due to no fault of ours or our delivery company), they will return the goods back to us and any associated delivery / return / re-delivery costs charged to you

Damage to your Property: Whilst the delivery is to doorstep only, the couriers are normally helpful and can assist to room of choice. However, this will be at your own risk and claims for damage cannot be accepted should you ask them to assist by moving an item into your property in such a way. If this is not acceptable, please do not ask them to bring the item in.

Additional Storage: We only hold orders at our Leicester Warehouse for a maximum of 4 weeks without charge.
